The doctor was incredible and the hospital took great care of me. My issue is actually with DoctorsInItaly. They booked me in for an ultrasound and general check when this is not what I asked for. I was explicit in my original query about what I needed and in what time frame and I paid in advance 140+ euro when booking, believing I would receive the care I asked for. Luckily, the doctor who was handling my case took great care of me and personally assured to handle my case going forward, however this is going to cost me more than I had intended or hoped, despite being the best outcome of a situation that should have been avoided by DoctorsInItaly. As of today, I have not received the full care I needed from the original appt, through no fault of the hospital, but from a poor handling of my booking through this site.
